New circuits, remodel wiring and full rewires for aging homes — done to current Texas code and fully documented.

Wiring is not a place to cut corners. Whether you are adding a circuit, finishing a remodel, or replacing wiring that has reached the end of its life, our licensed electricians do the work safely and to current code.

We handle the connections behind the walls so your home is safe, insurable, and ready for whatever you plug in. Every job ends with a labeled panel and documentation you can hand to an inspector or a buyer.

What's included

  • New circuit wiring
  • Whole-house rewiring
  • Remodel, addition and garage wiring
  • Aluminum wiring remediation
  • Junction box and conduit work
  • Code-compliant wiring repairs

What to expect

Minimal wall damage

We fish wire through existing cavities wherever possible and make clean, patchable openings only where we must. We tell you exactly where before we start.

Room-by-room scheduling

On a full rewire we work in zones so you keep power in most of the house every night.

Inspected and documented

Rewires are permitted and inspected. You receive a circuit directory and a record of the work for your insurer and future buyers.

How the job goes

  1. Consultation. We start with a thorough look at your home’s electrical needs. You tell us what you want to accomplish; we map the path to get there and flag anything we see along the way.
  2. Planning. A written scope of work with a firm price. No surprises. We design a solution that fits your home and your budget, and explain the options when there is more than one.
  3. Execution. Our licensed electricians complete the work with care. Clean uniforms, clean workspaces, clean results — and someone who will explain what they are doing if you ask.
  4. Certification. Every project ends with a full test, the inspection where one is required, and documentation. Your electrical system, verified and ready for the future.

Questions we hear about wiring & rewiring

How do I know if my house needs rewiring?

Frequent breaker trips, two-prong outlets, discolored outlets, a persistent burning smell, cloth-insulated wiring, or aluminum branch wiring (common in homes built 1965–1973) all point toward rewiring or remediation. An inspection settles it.

How long does a whole-house rewire take?

A typical Katy single-story home takes three to five working days; two-story homes a bit longer. We give you a day-by-day plan before we begin.

Do you have to open all my walls?

No. Most of the work is done through the attic, crawl space and small access openings. We patch every opening we make.

Is aluminum wiring dangerous?

Aluminum branch wiring expands and loosens at connections over time, which can cause overheating. We correct it with approved copper pigtailing connectors or a full copper rewire, depending on the house.

“Capital Care rewired our entire 1990s home. The team was meticulous — labeled every circuit, cleaned up after themselves, and finished exactly on schedule. Our home has never felt safer.”
