Findings are rated Safety, Code or Recommended, so you know what must be fixed now and what can wait.
No obligation

How the job goes
- Consultation. We start with a thorough look at your home’s electrical needs. You tell us what you want to accomplish; we map the path to get there and flag anything we see along the way.
- Planning. A written scope of work with a firm price. No surprises. We design a solution that fits your home and your budget, and explain the options when there is more than one.
- Execution. Our licensed electricians complete the work with care. Clean uniforms, clean workspaces, clean results — and someone who will explain what they are doing if you ask.
- Certification. Every project ends with a full test, the inspection where one is required, and documentation. Your electrical system, verified and ready for the future.
Questions we hear about inspections
Should I get an electrical inspection before buying a home in Katy?
For any home over 20 years old, yes. Panel brand, aluminum wiring, missing GFCI protection and DIY work are common findings that change negotiations.
What is a four-point inspection?
An insurance inspection covering roof, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. We handle the electrical portion and provide the documentation your insurer asks for.
How often should a home have an electrical inspection?
Every 10 years for a home under 25 years old, every 5 years after that, and any time you buy, sell or finish a major remodel.
