How a job with us goes
Dedicated attention — because your home deserves more than a rush job. Four steps, the same every time, whether it's a ceiling fan or a whole-house rewire.
- 1
Consultation
We start with a thorough look at your home’s electrical needs. You tell us what you want to accomplish; we map the path to get there and flag anything we see along the way.
In person or by phone for small jobs. For panels, rewires and EV chargers we visit, open the panel and run a load calculation.
- 2
Planning
A written scope of work with a firm price. No surprises. We design a solution that fits your home and your budget, and explain the options when there is more than one.
You receive the scope by email. Permits, inspection timing and any power-off windows are spelled out before you approve.
- 3
Execution
Our licensed electricians complete the work with care. Clean uniforms, clean workspaces, clean results — and someone who will explain what they are doing if you ask.
We protect floors and furniture, contain drywall dust, and leave the house as we found it, minus the problem.
- 4
Certification
Every project ends with a full test, the inspection where one is required, and documentation. Your electrical system, verified and ready for the future.
You get a labeled panel directory, photos of concealed work, and the inspection record for your files and your insurer.
What "done right the first time" actually means
It means the breaker is sized to the wire, the wire is sized to the load, and the load was calculated rather than guessed. It means the box behind the ceiling fan is rated for a ceiling fan. It means the permit was pulled, the inspector signed off, and the panel directory says "Kitchen counter east" instead of "Misc."
Most of our repair calls are fixing work that skipped one of those steps. We would rather do it once.
